About Me

Dear reader,

I have a public company Megaton Devco ;

We are seeking to initially list on the ZARX Stock exchange in Johannesburg South Africa and then possible listings in other stock exchanges like New York, etc.

The company consists of a variety of identified assets we wish to acquire consisting of Software Technology, Hydrofoil Tech, Tanker Tech, Fin-Tech, Bio-Tech, Water-Tech and fuel-Tech.
Combined the assets would represent a major technology based business addressing major international tech aspects.

We are eager to get financial partners on board to move matters forward. The scope is massive in this sector and could be lucrative investment.

Initially we have made 100 million shares available @ US$ per share which equates to US$ 2 million. All asset purchases will be done on agreement basis of which payment [shares & cash] for shareholding in the identified assets would take place upon successful listing.

All the technolgies are internationally applicable.

We look forward in cementing great partnerships in future.
