About Me
I am a scientist, interested in the rumen ecosystem, in particular the interactions between different rumen microbial groups and the study of relationships between diet, rumen microbiota and animal productivity, welfare, and greenhouse gas emissions.
My second passion is agroecology, where I seek to apply the knowledge I have gained to allow animals to adapt to changing climatic ;
My interests include the circular bio-economy, where I am interested in the possibilities of using waste from agricultural production in animal nutrition.
