Through these we address data sharing and infrastructure needs, legal and regulatory challenges, and gaps in trust that prevent the clinical implementation of big data approaches and AI tools in routine clinical care. DNV is the largest industrial partner in the Norwegian consortium BigMed addressing implementation barriers to Precision Medicine, is a founding partner of the Nordic Alliance for Clinical Genomics, and leads management and governance of sensitive patient data within the H2020 project AI-Mind. Other in-house projects include promoting the uptake of dynamic consent in the clinic and meeting assurance needs in healthcare and addressing conformity needs in AI containing medical device software.
