About Me

An experienced researcher and academic professioanl with a focus on value creations for digital and service innovations. I have acquired and applied knolwedge, skills and expertise on diagnosing problems, and exploring, conceptualizing & evaluating IT solution and services. I gained sector-specific experiences from IT, automotive, transportation, Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and logisitcs. I already successfully contributed to large-scales ONE EU-funded and TWO Swedish national level projects. Some of my work highlights include:

  • Exploration of Innovative digital Services and Business Value exploration  with digital technology ( remote diagnostics technology) in automotive and transport sectors
  • Conceptualization and Visual Represenatations of those digital services and business values
  • Forecasting on logistics technologies, trends and practices
  • Evaluation of a real-time IT solutions for logistics in 45 companies across Europe
  • Development of Evaluation Frameworks (for B2C and B2B Environments) for MaaS
