At Sweeft Analytics, where I serve as Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, I'm fueled by a dual passion: data and sustainability. I believe that leveraging technology responsibly is key to building a brighter future for generations to come.

But my interests extend far beyond the boardroom. I'm constantly exploring the intersections of marketing, innovation, and community building, seeking out opportunities to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.

Outside of work, you'll find me diving into the latest marketing trends, exploring innovative strategies, and finding creative solutions to complex challenges. And when I'm not immersed in the world of data and innovation, you can catch me unwinding with a good book or shooting hoops on the basketball court—always striving to bring the same level of passion and dedication to everything I do.

I am currently serving as a project coordinator at Youth Career Center Dubrovnik. My role in the organization has allowed me to be at the forefront of various local, national and european projects. In addition to my role at YCCD, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Business Economics at University of Dubrovnik, and I have a role in the Student Union Dubrovnik, both as a President of the Sports Committee and a student pleader. In my spare time, I dedicate significant amount of time to chess, both as a member of the Chess Club Supervisory Board and as a licensed national arbiter, organizing and arbiting chess tournaments. In the organization, we intensively follow all Erasmus+ calls related to the scope of our organization, Creative Europe and other calls that align with our goals.
