Albacademy was established in 2019 and has its headquarters in Tirana. Albacademy is a company focused on elevating and changing lives through education and training. We have an online platform, where you can choose the training you need and attend it anytime you want. In our academy you can find training in different fields such as: Finance, Marketing, Managing, Sales, IT, Agrobusiness etc. We offer consultancy for business and start-ups for elevating their business and putting on practice their ideas. Even though we have 2 years of experience, this startup idea is almost new to us. We are creating the right connections to put everything in place. Through its training the company builds professional skills to its clients and enables them to plan and advance in their future career. The main clients of the Company are businesses, institutions, organizations as well as individuals, mostly youth and women jobseekers and with the potential for personal and professional growth. The goals and objectives of the Company are focused towards providing qualitative and effective services to its clients.

 I am Dr. Ali Özarslan. I'm a lecturer at Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkiye. I graduated from a doctoral program in the Business and Administration department and I have been working at project support office as a specialist for one year.
