European support for Ecopark Geranea, seeks transnational environmental conservation models / practices. The project envisages a survey of European Eco-tourism practices of at least 10 pieces. To acquire additional capacity for the functioning of eco-tourism parks and the human resources needed for this by visiting a transnational partner. Adapt and validate social environmental innovations related to organizational models that are applied in the field of human resources needed for the practical implementation of social and environmental innovations at Ecopark Geranea. To promote the knowledge gained through the project. Encourage the creation of Creating Social Innovation (New Ecotourism Solutions) for Ecopark Geranea, and disseminate lessons learned and practices.
