Urban poverty and digital transition of cities are two key topics of current 4th call for proposals under Urban Innovation Action programme. Both those topics attract me most as I have year-long experience in the implementation of European social and development funds, which cover these themes as well as others. Following my experience, I got convinced that the urban level is the most effective in addressing these challanges. This is the reason why I'm going to shift the target of my consultancy towards this political level. What I can offer is the high expertice in proposals drafting, and possibly my consultancy in project implementation. Thus, in this stage I am searching for potential partners who want to apply to UIA 4th call for proposals. On my side I can additionally provide my expertise as external evaluator, thanks to which I  gained a strong understanding on what an evaluator value most in a project proposal.
