Developing country faces lot of challanges when it come to match resources for developmental activities. So, there arises a situation where compromise situation of implementation.
To mitigate these difficulties in developing country like Bhutan, it will be wiser to learn from the experiences of European Countries and plan and prioritize the development plan, which are efficient, energy efficient, smart solutions and use of green energy. For which the necessary capacity building, awareness programme and pilot works will help the developing countries to align the development activities to make smart homes and smart cities.
