An application in the smartphone will be developed to health users to identify their NCDs' primary symptoms and to guide them to record their health status. The application is linked to local health centres. According to records, health professionals in health centres will have appropriate health treatments. The education programs will be developed and conducted to improve the local people's health care behaviours
