Personal development and empowerment program for girls

We have developed a theoretically informed curriculum for girls supporting skills such as emotionally intelligience, self awareness, communication, leadership, etc. This program has been taught through the medium of sport and physical activty as a way to engage girls in two "topics" at one - sport and personal development. This curriculum and the philosophy of the program could easily be applied in STEM with a partner/partners who have the context specific expertise and the network for ;
