AMICOS, the spanish leader of the INC-LEISURE project aims to provide to all participants an experience of participation, training, analysis and reflection on the non-formal inclusive spaces of learning, not only as a solution to a problem of social exclusion of the children’s school community, but also as a way of learning values and transversal competences within the formal school education. The non-formal education is the one received in places of daily life and social relations, such as school playgrounds, parks and sports areas. We are looking to renew our partnership for this new project call, so we are looking for educational institutions interested or which are already workin in social inclusion, innovative education methodologies and bullying prevention.

More specifically, the INC-LEISURE project pursues the following objectives:

 Reduce early school drop-out derived from the social exclusion that affects the groups at risk of exclusion, especially the young people with disabilities, in the non-formal learning spaces.

 Promote equal opportunities for girls and boys through the inclusive leisure activities.

 Improve the knowledge of transversal school subjects and competences (mathematics, history, coresponsibility, initiative, etc.) through educational and participatory activities in the non-formal learning spaces.

 Raise awareness and visibility regarding the importance and richness that diversity brings to the community and the environment.
