We are looking for new NGOs who either specialize in Youth or Art to develop an Erasmus small scale partnership for a proposal. One prerequisite is that your NGO has NOT participated in another European funded program. 

We will need assistance with the writing part, specifically about their contribution, but the rest of the proposal is already finished, so it s a very small part that s left.
