On a side note - Discovery medical aid is a friction of the discovery health pool (not their other divisions) discovery health the administrators are who you should be angry at (if indeed their are ag fault). however so many companies have medical aid which don't say Discovery but are administered by discovery these the likes of bankmed, tigerbrand medical aid, sun internation and at least 50 others, so discovery is essentially "too big to fail".
