Interested in a Partnership
The Cyprus Solidarity, Security and Anti-Corruption Organization (KOAAD) is actively seeking to join or establish partnerships within the framework of EU cooperation projects that align with our core values and areas of expertise. We are particularly interested in calls related to good governance, anti-corruption, social inclusion, organized crime prevention, civil society empowerment, and citizen engagement.

KOAAD brings to the table:

A unique geopolitical position in the Eastern Mediterranean as a regional hub

Strong grassroots connections and experience in bottom-up civic mobilization

Ongoing cross-sector initiatives involving media, academia, and local communities

Experience in developing reporting tools, conducting public campaigns, and organizing youth civic education programs

Expertise in evidence-based advocacy, especially around issues of transparency and organized crime

We are open to collaborations as:

Consortium partner in EU-funded projects (CERV, ISF, AMIF, Horizon Europe, NDICI, etc.)

Lead applicant in proposals involving regional civil society hubs or thematic coalitions

Pilot partner for testing tools, methodologies, and participatory processes in Cyprus

Knowledge and dissemination partner, especially for Southern/Eastern Europe and MENA-bordering regions

We value trust-based partnerships with clear roles, impact-driven planning, and a shared vision for systemic change. Our approach is collaborative yet strategic, and we are particularly motivated to co-design projects with organizations that aim to make a tangible difference in the lives of citizens and institutions.
