These peptides are involved in different physiological functions in the human body, and, in particular, in gastrointestinal ; The aim of the present project is the use of some selected peptides from food matrices digesta, that have been previously characterized in-cell for their biological activity, as active ingredients in pharmaceutical formulations for oral and GI health
