How to establish successful local/regional/national cooperation for development and implementation of SUD strategies

Fruitfull cooperation is based on mutual understanding of different levels of territorial governance led by synergy seeking partnership approach. Clear communication and responsiblities adapted to specific organisational structures (flexible, matrix, cutting the red tape) can be beneficial for all partners. Experience of leading the development of Zagreb SUD Strategy and Project pipeline development for 30 local communities - part of the Zagreb metropolitan area.
