Looking for Lead Partner

We would like to apply for the call EUROPE FOR CITIZENS "Twining Town" or Networks of Town" and we are looking for others municipalities that are interested. Our idea of this project consists in the exchange of culture and promotion of the experience among the youth of different countries in four seasons but if you other project ideas we are ready to discuss.
