Our company is going to prepare an Erasmus+ KA2 Youth  project regarding the last round (3) of submissions (4th October 2018). This proposal is dealing with the activities to facilitate the recognition and validation of knowledge, skills and competencies of young people, acquired through non-formal learning, promoting Quality Youth Work and efficient job ;  Main objective of the project will be to develop innovative approaches aiming to give to Youth the opportunities to build skills & competences required to operate in a workplace, to develop their career management skills, to improve their self-confidence & motivation and to gain their first working experience which facilitates entry to the labour market, all with a special focus in the Logistics career sector. Low-skilled and/or less-experienced unemployed young people who have special interest to work in trade/ logistics departments will constitute the main target group of this project. Ideal partners for this consortium will be HEIs, Local/Regional Development Agencies, Chambers of Commerce, VET centers, NGOs active in Youth sector as well as any private organisations active at job placement/ recruitment.

Expressions of interest of partners who would like to act as Coordinators are welcome too (having firstly examine the funding opportunities in their country through the NA).
