Looking for Partnership

Hi, My name is Armando Gamarra. I am from Argentina. I am a researcher in the field of Forensic Chemistry. In forensic science fingerprint evidence plays a central role in any criminal justice system for the resolution of crimes. In fact,  at the core of forensic science is the gathering and analysis of the fingerprints wich remains in crime scenes. Therefore, fingerprinting is the basic toool for the identification suspects of crimes. What is not widely know is that until now no reliable method exists for determining the AGE of a latent fingerprint (Josep de Alcaraz  et. al., The Paradigm of Fingerprint Age Determination, .J. J. Foren Sci. 2015, 1 (1):006). The paper of Dr. Alcaraz is from 2015 but their conclusions are valid as yet. The innability to DATE  the moment the fingerprint was deposited often nullifies otherwise strong items of evidence. After Josep de Alcaraz, the implementation of age estimation of fingerprints could represent an estimated 2.3 billion savings in the EU.We have developed the theory of a new, innovative, method of estimating the age of fingerprints. The method is simple and the theory is based in solid physicochemical principles and leads to a formula to calculate the age from data taken from the crime scene. It is the only method that allows that..Unfortunately I cannot develop here the series of experimental essays needed to validate the theory. That is why I am looking for european partners that could be interested  to do the essays in its country.

If you left your email I will contact you imediately.  Best wishes
