Objectives:
The labor market in each of the countries in the region is different, the developed and leading industries also.
By building a network of training centers with narrow specialization in the leading sectors / industries in the respective country, collecting successful models and practices, there will be an opportunity to reach higher expertise in training in this field. The preparation of guest lecturers will allow for a transnational training program in an area with a combination of high expertise and local logistic support (including mentality adaptation).
Training centers, employment agencies and trade unions will be linked to a common information exchange platform for the exchange of staff in each sector, in such a way the emerging market specialists or time-limited specialists to be involved more quickly and easily in the partner economy from the Danube region.
The platform will help to facilitate the organization and planning of the necessary trainings, specializations, etc
