The Subalpina Association is the Union of Piemonte journalists that counts many expert in food & beverage sector. The aim of the Association is to attend a project as a partner for communication and dissemination activities in food sector. Many journalists associated work for national food association, national and international producers. With the support of Subalpina few years ago, the Food Journalism Festila was born; this festival each year brings, together the most important communicators and gives an overview of trends and industry dynamics, as well as on aspects of certification and food safety.
