Zwiększenie specjalistycznych kompetencji kadry Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych w Słupi pod Kępnem

The two-year project "Increasing the professional competence of the personnel of the Special Needs School in Słupia near Kępno" was create as a response to the most urgent needs of our organization. They are defined in the framework of the European School Development Plan .The main objectives of the project includes:I. The development of communication skills in conversations in specialized areas conducted in English.II. Expanding by the teachers within our organization specialized competence in the field of:1) work with students with Autism2) work with students with Asperger Syndrome3) work with students with disabilities specially solid behaviorIII. The observation of good practices in the partner organization and implementation of their daily work at our facility.The participants of the project will be 20 employees of our facility, who will take part in a total of 32 mobilities. The main project activities is participation in trainings mentioned above in order to enhance knowledge and skills in specialized areas, and then dissemination of known methods of the entire teaching staff.In terms of project management will be used primarily methodology of Project Cycle Management. In turn, the results of the project are shown on reaching all purposes as described above. It will be:1) improving the quality of working professionals in the field of teaching activities, educational, therapeutic, revalidation at our facility2) management and support of our institution:3) enhancing knowledge of the English language specialized in the field special needs education.The impact of the project will be visible in the short and long term. The project will increase satisfaction of the project participants and increase user satisfaction of our facility, which are students and their families (through the use of new, much more effective methods). On the other hand, the potential long-term benefits will be visible both in the facility and in the environment of our school, through actions taken by the school community for the integration with the environment of our facility, as well as through the dissemination of open educational resourcesTo the results of the project is included the publishing of the e-book > in the Erasmus+ Platform for Dissemination.
