Our participants will receive full organizational and logistic support from the sending organization during each implementation stage. A special team of coordinators will be appointed to supervise all operations and manage the project, headed by a senior coordinator with proper experience in the field. A representative of our school will sign the mobility agreement with respective hosting organizations, and conclude individual agreements with project participants in order to clearly delineate the details and determine the rights and obligations of each party. This will allow us to avoid any possible misunderstandings. As a result of their participation in the project, our administrative and teaching staff will acquire new qualifications, strengthen their position in the school and gain a competitive edge on the increasingly demanding job market. They will handle their duties more effectively, gain a new source of motivation and derive satisfaction from the performance of tasks with which they have been entrusted. The newly acquired ICT, language and intercultural skills, along with the conclusions made in the course of observation of other adult education organizations abroad will help our organization to implement more modern and efficient language courses for our students. Our programs and methods will be tailored to the requirements of modern groups of learners and our staff will be able to adequately tackle the use of ICT in teaching process. Moreover, we will make every effort to develop international collaboration with adult education institutions within the EU, successfully implementing cooperative activities, staff exchange projects, trainings and internships. To sum up, the participation of our administrative and teaching staff in courses in Spain and Malta will contribute to the achievement of the school’s chief requirements as defined above: it will boost competencies of our employees, introduce innovative methods of teaching, and add to the European dimension of our enterprise.
