The participants of the project are 2nd and 3rd-year students of the Cirkevná stredná odborná škola Sv.Jozafáta in Trebišov from the fields of hotel academy and car mechanic. The target states are Hungary (Budapest) and Italy (Milano). We would like to realize our mobility at the beginning of the next academic year - in September 2014. Activity nr. 1.: The main aims of the project: - the aim of this project to build the complex identity of the student, who is ready to start practice in his/her field -to learn how to do their work in the best way, to know its specifics, and to know how to manage this work in a better way based on the experience and skills from the training - to help to develop their study field on the regional and national level -to use the rules, principles and steps from their filed of study on every level of management -students from the field hotel academy gain better possibilities in the local and international job market -the development of communicating skills in a foreign language serves as a basic condition to get a job in middle and higher management in hotels -participating in this project serves as a stimuli for our students to continue their studies and to develop their personality - students of the field car mechanic will have the conditions for work placements like car garages, car salons and car factories (in the car assembly) as professionals -the main aim of this project is to enable students to acquire skills and experience in different job positions, and to learn the basics of management in firms, car companies, car garages, diagnostic workshops, car salon. The profile of the participants: HA: Students acquire knowledge about work in every department of the hotel and in gastronomy. They learn about the preparation and serving of food and beverages. They learn how to prepare festive tables, they use modern techniques, and they learn about the specifics of their field abroad. During their studies they regularly attend local and international trainings, courses - for sommeliers, barmen, baristas, about fruit curving. They represent and defend their experience and knowledge in different competitions - international and local. The project is planned for 2nd and 3rd year students, since they have the best knowledge and skill in gastronomy, and we would like to enable them to improve their skills. Number of participants: 13. CM: Students of this field are qualified professionals, they are able to carry out specific work in car service, repair, in car assembly, at specialized work places in car factories, in entrepreneurial and in industrial operations. Number of participants: 12. The level of linguistic competence is sufficient - B1/B2. The participants do not have any special needs. From the total number of participants 8 students come from socially disadvantaged environment. Activity nr. 2.: The vocational training should be two-week long, the working language is English. The activity is planned for the teachers of vocational subjects and for masters of vocational training form the study fields of hotel academy and mess and for the field of inn-keeper. Activity nr.2.: The main aim is to develop the knowledge and mainly the practical skills from each department of a hotel (accommodation, food serving, supplementary). The profile of the teachers of vocational subjects: they teach the following subjects - Hotel and gastronomy management, Tourism, The technology of services and tourism, Tourist guide, Animation in hotels, Operation techniques, Management of mess, Economy, Marketing. Expected results: -the teachers meet with and learn new ideas, which they can experimentally implement into the planning of teaching strategies -they can help to create a positive social and emotional environment in the school -they can reinforce the school's identity -they will understand the vocational training as a chance to learn how to teach
