Background of our project: A. In 2015 we are going to open 2 new branches of our school in Kolín and Kutná Hora and extend the reach of our school and the number of our students and teachers. B1. We plan a European project under Erasmus+ KA2 focused on development of eLearning platform enabling conversation in a foreign language between students of partner organisations, who have the same language level. B2. Implementation of blended learning courses. Objective of our project is to train our staff in the areas identified for improvement to be able to implement our key A and B activities mentioned above. Number and profile of participants: 9 participants who will be playing key roles in our key activities: course coordinator, director, teachers of foreign languages, methodologist, branch manager. Description of activities: Training: 8 participants: Courses on project management, E-learning, blended learning, innovative methodology, school management and team management. The result of the trainings should be improved skills of our staff enabling strategic development of our institution (opening of new branches and implementation of European strategic partnership, implementation of blended learning and new courses offered by our institution and growth of our school). Job Shadowing: 1 participant, focused on acquiring and sharing best practises and experience of the partner institution, epsecially with focus on quality management. The main benefit will be brought to our students who will have an opportunity to participate in new innovated courses in new localities or in a distant way.
