"Zoom on interculturalism " is a project of the multilateral exchange of young people from Poland, Lithuania, Hungary and Belarus. 8 young people and 1 leader from every partner country, essentially 36 persons will be participating in. The project will be carried out in time from 16.05 to 15.10.2016, however the exchange of young people will take place on days from 10 to 16 July 2016 in the European Centre of Education and Upbringing OHP in Roskosz. The main goals of the project are to promote heritage and intercultural dialogue, raising the knowledge of other cultures and nationalities, developing cultural sensitivity, tolerance and understanding of diversity, creating of multicultural communication and inspiring creative activities demonstrating the national minorities, ethnic and religious minorities. The project is based on an idea and initiative and active participation of young people when creating the project and in all phases of its implementation. Through the project, the participants will have the opportunity to develop creativity and activity, to promote the heritage and intercultural dialogue, to get to know other cultures, develop a sense of solidarity, tolerance and understanding of diversity. While in intercultural environment, youth observes the process of interpenetration of different norms, behaviors, habits and will have the opportunity to learn the language, customs, traditions and ways of spending free time and find points of contact-the common fate, symbols and customs. Learning and carrying out their interest in journalism to create and develop materials showing promotion and a mosaic of multiculturalism based on the region's own creative penetration of traditions and customs, the coexistence of religions and worldviews, providing that the diversity of cultures is the wealth of societies. The project will engage and it always does to young people with fewer opportunities due to the obstacles to social, economic, educational and health and also involve action community including representatives of ethnic and religious minorities. The ability to take action in an international environment will allow youth to realize that, despite the differences, the more their links than divides, that together make up the community and transnational community, encourage young people to demonstrate, either on his own initiative, activity, you will believe in yourself, encourage learning about other cultures, to develop their interests, will allow you to acquire new competences and skills through learning pozaformalnemu. During the evaluation phase, youth will assemble video taking during the exchange which will be used to conduct the intercultural workshops in their communities.
