Isolation between the city and the country has to be decreased by raising competences of human resources to implement the educational activity among adults in local communities, by organizing courses for adults in order to prepare them for the labour market and training enterprise. Today’s educator, while preparing the youth to the European labour market, must see European and global context of the labour market and to be able to assess its possibilities. The project “The treasure of human resources” is a step into a modern, open to changes, willing to learn community, able to adapt to changes of society. The project will be implemented in Svedasai eldership, Anyksciai district. The aim of the project is to strengthen interaction among formal education, non-formal education, professional education, enterprise and occupation, to increase ability, attractiveness, competence and internationality of the community as an institution. 8 members of the community are going to attend the courses on different topics: “Encouragement of innovations and creativity”, “Marketing in social media”, “Quality European project management within Erasmus+” and “How to stimulate the viewpoint on enterprise for better integration into labour market”. The outcome of the project will be two 8-hours seminars: “Let’s prepare the youth for the labour market” and “Possibilities of Erasmus+ projects and their management”. After the project, the material will be available to all citizens online.
