Our school has specialized in teaching the French language as well as promoting the French culture for many years. However, rapidly changing educational demand in Warsaw has forced us to modify our school’s offer. We have decided to participate in the Erasmus+ Project in response to our employees’ continuous willingness to raise their professional qualifications.Goals of the project:- to maintain high level of teaching humanistic subjects as well as foreign languages- to excel in teaching bilingual classes- to foster cooperation with other countries- to improve and modernize the methods of teaching general science and foreign languages- to raise the level of teaching mathematics by using innovative teaching methods - to expand the use of information technology in all areas of school’s activities- to provide students with suitable education on various levels, depending on their individual skills- to create teamwork competencies - to provide the ability for students to adapt to changing reality by continual developing their skills- development of creativity and innovation- tolerance, openness to other cultures and nations- knowledge of various educational systems in EuropeThe participants of the mobility project:The methodology courses will be attended by 7 teachers of English, 2 teachers of French and 3 teachers of other subjects (mathematics, biology and history). The language courses will be attended by 10 teachers and senior staff.Specific targets and methods used in realization of the project:- the project team and the project timetable were set up;- we analyzed the individual needs of all the project participants;-the detailed plan for trainings was established;- the project assessment cards were prepared;-the timetable for the discussion meetings was set up;-the actions that might be used to develop the school's development plan were introduced;-coordinators will be reporting to the Principal on the regular bases. Estimated results of the project and potential long-term benefits:- to introduce faculty classes (mathematics, history, science) in English- to improve teaching English and French by modern methods of teaching- to circulate bilingual classes scripts on e-learning platform for other educational institutions- to introduce innovative/empirical methods of teaching science in order to improve external examinations results- to gain new partners and expand the offer of multinational student exchange- to organize a methodology conference for bilingual school teachers to exchange experience- to prepare for KA2 Erasmus+ programme - to prepare teachers to work in IB class- to increase our school’s popularity on Warsaw educational market- to achieve a leader’s position among bilingual schools- to consolidate the attitude of constant educational development- to increase European dimension of our school and school community
