Project: "Improving the quality of teaching English language using innovative methods" aims to streamline the English language using innovative alternative methods in primary education on the basis of the theoretical and practical experience of teachers of foreign internships. A project involving two teachers of our school - teacher and director. They are fully qualified. The plan of our project correspond with the European Strategy 2020, where also our school we focus on internationalization and modernization of the educational process, the use of IT for teaching and especially the motivation of students to educate themselves and constantly work on self-development. Nowadays a growing need necessarily fluent in a foreign language, the school beset by demands of the parents to create appropriate conditions for its teaching. This also becomes the vicinity given school "attractive, prestigious', which, of course, profits. Therefore, we also strive to ensure the most suggestive conditions and ensure professional quality of the teaching process. Participation of teachers in the chosen course fits into our European development plan. Each part of the plan related to the areas for improvement and development of the school in the short term (project-presentation workshops, advice, experience within methodical association with surrounding primary schools) in the long term (formation of the active portfolio of pupils' outcomes, projects, contributions to the local press in the English language, which will lso be part of the empirical work 2.attestation work of teacher at our school (increase the skills base school), incorporation use of IT and innovative, alternative methods in the work plan by the school director . At the development and improvement plan to further spread beyond the local school (workshops, performances at cultural festivals, discussions in the municipality) and regional (within the district - cooperation with surrounding schools and municipalities). In the future we plan for an improvement of language skills and competencies of students and international cooperation.
