Zkvalitnění odborného vzdělávání studentů v oblasti floristického a branding designu v Německu

Submitter and also delegating organization of the project "Improving the quality of vocational training in the Floral and Branding Design in Germany." is the Secondary School of Visual Creativity, Ltd. and the foreign receiving partner organization is FDF Niedersachsen, Germany. The professional project partner is the professional organization, the Association of Branding Design, which is a professional organization in the country. Partners implemented the tasks they agreed on.
Internship of six students in Germany was held for two weeks. The internship consisted of two cycles; the first was for 3 students of Floral Design and another for 3 students of Branding Design. The project was implemented from June 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016; the realization of internships took place in the first cycle from September 29 to October 10, 2015 and in the second cycle from April 9 to April 23, 2016. Each student during the internship worked alone in first class foreign workplace in Bremen.
Students of Floral Design learnt during the two weeks of the first cycle new techniques and procedures, usage of the materials, and the formulation of proposals for arrangements, together with the creation of their price. They acquired the skills and knowledge to create floral gift occasional art works such as bouquets, arrangements and so on. They practised and improved working techniques of Floral Design.
Participants in the second cycle independently carried out relevant work for two weeks in the advertising department of the company Botany, the design studio and directly for FDF Niedersachsen and under the leadership of Andreas Faber. Students created graphic design of magazines and other printed materials, including editing photos, they formed a graphic design of advertising, fliers worked on leaflets, made up business cards, presentation, promotion, advertising and other printed materials. In every workplace they watched the work of employees and communicated with them. All participants practiced communicating in a foreign language and expanded their vocabulary.
The participation in the internship brought significant benefits to our students. The results of the completed project include the gaining of new professional, practical skills in German companies and gaining experience of working habits abroad. Participants received certificates Europass, confirmed by the sending and receiving organization. All activities on internships were defined by the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training called ECVET. Besides the European instrument ECVET and Europass Certificate students received certificates from sending organization which confirms finishing individual practical training abroad and certificates from a professional organization Association of Branding Design.
Students and accompanying persons as well as a monitoring person, together with other teachers evaluated and assessed the new experience gained from the internship. Knowledge and experience of foreign practices are incorporated into the teaching of vocational subjects and in the curriculum of Branding of Floristry Branding Design. This benefit is long-lasting and beyond the project duration. All students of our school can use gained experience and we will improve the quality of secondary vocational education.
During the project, there were no problems, everything, which was agreed, was fulfilled.
