The project with the title Gaining vocational experience i n Europe is a VET project, following the previous projects realized with foreign partners - BBSW in Germany and ADC London in the UK. The aim of the project was two-week long working placement in these countries. The students worked in companies in the branch of economy and administration. There were 36 participants, 23 of them were placed in British companies and 13 of them in German businesses. The participants were students of secondary vocational school - class 3 - and students of higher professional school - class 1 and 2 - in Příbram. Other participants included four accompanying teachers. The mobilities were realised in October 2015, February 2016 and May 2016. The main objective of the project was gaining vocational experience, development of language, social and cultural skills of participants and encouraging of their awareness about the European Union and integration into the European labour market. A specific goal of this project was the introduction of ECVET into foreign and local work placements, creating of ten pilot units of learning outcomes, their testing, evaluation and implementation into school curricula. The results of this project included acquiring and deepening of skills in administration, especially computer work, and paper work, secretarial work, administration, execution of inquiries and orders, work in stock, learning about the firm structure and its departments and products. After the training, the students of the tertiary school compiled a presentation about their experience, which is a condition for gaining credit in the subject vocational training. The students of the secondary school processed a power-point presentation, which was presented to their schoolmates and will be introduced to the public at the open-door-day in November 2016 . Foreign languages are an essential part of education and developing of linguistic competences in natural environments will help students to better competitiveness. Gaining of Europass - mobilty certificate proved the outcomes of the training period and long term benefits of this project will improve smother integration of our students into the labour market and better chances for a prestigious job.
