The project which is offered, aims to examine and research metodology of vocational training, guidance and evaluation of people with mental disability in the EU in 1 week, 1 flow, under the leadership of Anatolian Special Education Vocational Training Centre (School) and participating partner of Germany. School system in Turkey is school-based constitutively, including vocational and technical education. This situation carries with it theory-based instruction of curricula in schools, mostly staying focused on general subjects and providing for vocational training on highest degree standardized. This situation, on the other hand, results in boundedness exceedingly the contact between employment system and vocational-technical system. Rapid change as well which comes up in vocational necessity, increase this deficit due to technical innovations, worldwide competition and variances of working conditions. Schools, especially vocational-technical training schools, are faced with a difficult situation such as orientation on variable requirements of employment system. Children, parents and most particularly special needs students feel the need of being offered counselling and having a sustainable vocational future. It becomes more significant to reach truth information about targeted professions and employment opportunities for special needs students and their parents to be able to make a proper and succesful selections. This is also valid for the choice procees of profession, not just for job seeking. It should be used all informations and references which are available to ease transition period from elementary education to vocational education. The aim of the project is observing UA dimension of the problems which are mentioned above, seeing on side the modernist solutions which are used there, being informed about processes, recording the good practices, consociating and developing a cooperation. As to the project results are sharing and generalizing the usage of innovative implementation, method and technological devices which are recorded in the process of guidance for vocational education directed people with disabilities, by this means to support law-makers, local authority and decision-makers.
