ZERGE - Zöld Erőforrásokkal a Rentábilis Gazdaságért Együttműködve.
Start date: Aug 1, 2015, End date: Mar 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

in Hungary – such as throughout Europe – „Green Market” instead of „Black Market” is gaining on more and more. But only a few people know what it means in reality. Within the framework of this projekt we are trying to result a change of attitude, to spread alternative energy sources, as well as opportunities for the development of a greener economical unit. In our long-term goals comes up the spreading of this formed, matured attitude in similar programmes, conferences, which affects all age groups and social strata, as well as the motivation to encourage young people to green their area. The selection of the programme’s partner organizations happened on the surface of the European Commission's after the contact. I selected a Romanian, Slovak and Czech organizations from the potential partners, that met the following criteria: • wide network of contacts, a large base of volunteers, many young, broad social and community composition • same objective: to explore the opportunities of young people, to build the local community and relationships, as well as its promotion of sustainability of their area, to spread the idea of ZERGE, and last but not least to support the disadvantages. We are taking into the projekt 10 disadvantaged young people between the ages of 18-30 from all organizations and 2-2 people as escorts, strivingly for the balance of gender and age. The exchange takes place in County Gyor-Moson-Sopron in the automn of 2015, between 2 and 11 Octobre, where 48 people will participate. We are giving roughly a day for the arrival from the ten-day programme, so the actual programs will start on the first day early in the afternoon and will dure till the last day”s late afternoon. The most important element of the project is to attract attention, to raise young people's awareness and oper their eyes to the use of renewable and alternative energy resources, to the importance of our resources and the possible steps of the development of a green economy, as well as the indispensability of cooperation. The motto of our projekt is: „Our purpose is to work together for a population, a region to be able to initiate, maintain and conduct activities that improve their own situation and create more opportunities for themselves to determine their own economic well-being.” /Gary B. Hansen)/ " The main idea is a good idea to fuse a lot." /Linus Pauling/ During the realization of the programme a number of non-formal methods are used. The most common appliqued methods are the small group-activities, the fulfillment of the various practical, planning and problem-solving tasks, presentation, practical visits, as well as the expenditure of special attention and time to the exchange of experiences, community building with team building exercises, and reflection, too. The main steps of the process of implementation are the preparations itselves, the actual implementation through those 9 days, and finally then the evaluation and reporting section. The most outstanding results are expected to be able to project one's own ideas to create an active participant, and a set of ideas born that we can use later. As the effect of the project we can mention the ZERGE, as the spread of ideas and the creation of partnerships between young people, and we have to highlight the newly formed collaborations under the self-reinforcig effect of the project.
