Zahraniční odborné stáže pro žáky SOU Kyjov

Project aims to promote vocational education of students of Střední odborné učiliště Kyjov, příspěvková organizace.Our goal is to provide opportunity to participate on learners mobility to 16 students of Mechanic of plumbing and electrical engineering devices. Participants will be students of 3rd and 4th.Students will undertake 4 week long internships in private companies from their field of education in order to adopt new professional techniques and method. Learners mobilities are aimed to promote transfer of knowledge and experience betweenpractical and theoretical field, to promote transfer of best practice and sharing of knowledge across Europe. To achieve these goals,students will work under supervision of experienced tutors on technical tasks. This work will be closely connected with educationthrough practice. Participants will also improve their language skills, communication, flexibility and their value at common Europeanmanpower market.
