The project will take place in late January and February 2016 and will be attended by 10 students from SOS sv. Klementa Hofbauera from field cook / 6 students/, beatician/ 2 students/ and hairdresser/2 students/. The students who will participate in the project reguraly attend English classes. The group of students will be accompanied by an English teacher and another member of staff who also speaks English. The persons who will accompany the students are also responsible fo running the entire project and its outcome. They will cooperate with Miss Kyselova who is the country manager of the ADC College and is a mediator among SOS and plants. The main purpose of this project is Professional development of the students in their field, raise the level of competence that will help students succeed not only in domestic but also in European or global market. Another reason is that the implementation of the project will allow students to carry out training in English plants and facilities where they can apply their theoretical and practical Professional potential in abroad, to acquire new skills and knowledge, learn new methods, techniques and technological processes. / cook- technique of oysters opening, preparation of English breakfast, serving English tea, new technique of folding table-napkins, preparing tables for quests, beatician- deep face cleaning by spoon, gel lacquer coating, eyebrow shaping strings, removing facial imperfection using crystal-microdermobrasia, hairdresser- straightening using steam curling brush, knitting synthetic hair in brainds intended for afro-hairstyles, massage/. Other objectives of international professional experience is improving technical terminology and conversation of students in foreign language. The students will also learn team work, discipline, work ethics, carrying out given tasks, they broaden their cultural and social perspective and understandig for other culturs and increase confidence. Implementation of the project „International professional experience -the way to success at work“ school creates space for innovative way of learning, gain new knowledge, skills and experience in the area of training which will drive the futher training of Professional staff. The Importance of the project is also aimed at strenghtening cooperation between education, training of the students and labor market. After succesful approval of the project „ International Professional experience –the way to success at work“, the board of the School will carefully select through fair and objective criteria 10 students from three different studying fields mentioned above. The persons accompanying the students on their project will organise their travel arrangements to London, four months preparation course, one week English course with native English speaker, ensure signing contracts. They will organise and arrange variety of free time activities, time-monitor plan, provide students with leaflets of planned activity, create questionnaire and carry out monitoring. ADC College is the intermediary link between SOS and plants where students will perform Professional experience and also provides accomodation, meals and transport. The plants send details and requirements for students regarding international professional experience. Student assessment will be based on questionnaires completed by students and managers of plants, diares accompanying persons a monitoring. After the international Professional experience accompanying persons will prepare a final report. The content of the report will be made by benefits and importance of professional experience. The experience that the students gain help them to became more independent, more responsible, more mature and they realize the importance of continuos learning and work on themselves. After completing the program the students will be awarded with attending certificate and Europass Mobility which help them while looking for a job at labor market or if they decide to open their own business. It is a great opportunity for the students who will attend this program to represent their school, the region and most importantly the Slovac Republic. They will be spreading their culture, customs and traditions and help to improve its good reputation. Furthermore, the school SOS sv. Klementa Hofbauera will establish international partnerships with other schools and gain important business contacts. The publicity and awareness of the project will increase the school position and ranking among the other schools in the region. This will also attract more students and therefore will become a desirable place to study. This will highly improve the school´s name and reputation.
