The project involves carrying 64 students enrolled in the framework of the OHP professional practices in the profession carpenter, bricklayer and cook. Apprenticeships will be carried out in the center of vocational education Berufsförderungswerk eV des Bauindustrieverbandes Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. Frankfurt an der Oder. The main objective of the project is to increase the professional capacity of ZWK OHP students enrolled in the competition carpenter, cook, bricklayer by carrying out a two-week apprenticeships, which are aimed at raising the level of knowledge and competence of the project participants. The project envisages 4 editions practices in each of them will be attended by 16 people and 2 carers. Implementation of practices falls on the year 2016 (first edition) and 2017 (II, III, IV edition). The project participants will be 64 people who are trained in the framework of the OHP in the dual system; implement compulsory schooling at the Gymnasium evening for adults or National Vocational Qualification and training for a particular job in professions cook, a carpenter and bricklayer directly from employers. These are students aged 16-19, with a delay of educational, periodically giving an educational problems. Usually come from a family with many children, or incomplete, dysfunctional because of long-term unemployment, alcoholism, violence or long-term illness or disability (intellectual) property, parents with low education levels. The project will take part students who are motivated to acquire a profession and find their place in the labor market and the implementation of the project entail additional practical knowledge in a particular occupation. For the purposes of the project include: increasing the level of practical knowledge in the profession cook, carpenter, assistant building, increasing Mobility professional and educational project participants, raising the level of knowledge of industry language, practical support tools, equipment and machines and work on materials, performing practical tasks, mastering ability to make decisions on. the application of optimized operating techniques, practical application of knowledge on specific examples and tasks, comparing with the Polish foreign standards, access to modern tools used in specific occupations. The project will have a major impact on the future of professional participants of the project. The future of professional graduate ZWK held OHP depends on professional skills and knowledge in their profession. For many students ZWK OHP placements abroad are the only chance of finding work in the future because employers really appreciate any professional activity combined with theoretical knowledge. Basic knowledge of a foreign language is an opportunity to find a job abroad. Apprenticeship is an opportunity to meet with German youth, getting rid of prejudices and stereotypes.
