The project concerns the 4-week foreign vocational training in 2016 for 104 students of technical vocational school in 6 professions from Agricultural Complex of Schools in Namysłów. From 4/04/2016 to 29/04/2016 16 students will undertake a training in the profession of photo technician in the Great Britain. From 02/05/2016 to 27/05/2016 there are 4 groups of students which are going to be trained and these are: 30 students in the profession of an IT specialist in the training centre in Plymouth in the Great Britain, 10 students of the landscape architecture of technical vocational school in the gardens and ornamental enterprises of Rome, 19 students of technical vocational school of the tourist service together with 8 students of hotel industry in the hotels and restaurants of Rimini, Italy and 21 students of nutrition technology in the restaurants of southern Hesse. Hosting organizations are: Tellus of Plymouth with its branch in Rome, Sistema Tourismo of Rimini, Starkenburg Farmers Association in Darmstadt, Germany. The main goals of the project are: the development of skills and professional knowledge of students and their ability to communicate in foreign languages and their personal development: increase in their responsibility, self-reliance, self-confidence, tolerance for other cultures and the ability to deal with difficult situations. The project is crucial for the learning and development process of students of technical vocational schools due to the fact that it gives them new skills and professional knowledge and it increases their mobility on the labor market. Future graduates are better prepared for work. The projects is putting more emphasis on the European aspect of technical vocational education and encourages students in linking theory with practice, better understanding of foreign cultures and customs, together with the development of language skills, especially with using professional language. The project is contributing to the mobility and the personal development of its participants, allowing them to know foreign cultures more adequately, without the threat of being alone in an unknown environment, establishing new contacts and friendships, coping with difficult situations and their increase in pride and self-esteem. As a result of bonding the labor environment with the educational environment the project is enhancing the chances of employment for its future graduates on the European service market. The project is promoting the transparency and credibility of professional qualifications in Europe based on The European Credit Transfer System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET). Care of the students will be supervised by the teachers from Agricultural Schools Complex and representatives of partner organizations, as well as caregivers in individual enterprises. Phototechnicians internship program includes mastering the skills associated with registration, reproduction and processing of graphical images. IT students will be involved in the assembly and maintenance of personal computers and peripherals as well as the installation and administration of local area networks. Technician of the Hotel Trade and Tourism will occupy tourists in hotels and travel agencies organizing tourist events. In the practice of Architecture is to master technicians skills ornamental plant cultivation and maintenance of gardens and green areas. The Technicians of Nutrition will learn how to prepare dishes and service consumer. Another result of the project is to increase students' skills in communicating in English and German and Italian languages, knowledge of Italian culture, English and German, and the acquisition of independence and responsibility. Students will be prepared pedagogical, cultural and linguistic. The project participants will be provided with travel, insurance, accommodation and meals abroad, tickets for transport and pocket money. After completing the practice students will receive certificates confirming the acquisition of new competencies and Europass Mobility documents. The project affects the students in the vocational education and contributes to the development of the industries in which future graduates will find employment. Also teachers - caregivers will benefit in terms of work experience and professional skills development. Long term benefits primarily the acquisition by the participants in a new experience,practice language and finding job easier, the development of cooperation between partner organizations and increase the attractiveness of the school.
