AHOL – The secondary school of Gastronomy, tourism and spa is translating the project with the title For practise to Europe . The plan for this project is two years. It´s realisation should be during 1st June 2015 to 31st May 2017.
The target of this project is the international partnership between Ahol – SŠ GTL as an institution of proffessional education and subjects from the word of practice, to strengthen international meassure of proffessional education, to deepen knowledge of cooperation with ADC colledge in London and Town hall of the city Bad Neustadt an der Saale and finaly to improve proffessional and language competences of the participant in different practical sections.
The aim of this project are the students of maturita sections in Hotels, Tourism and Spa. Students can prepare to the entering to europian market of work and stregthen their competitiveness on this market of work. This project count on 46 students in six cycles.
Four students and one escort would go to practise to german Bad Neustadt in one school year in two cycles. Students will do their practise in hotels and gastronomy places of the owner Mr Griebl on these positions: receptionist, cook, waiter, and the worker of catering team. To the practise to London will come each school year 15 students and two escorts. Also in London students will work in the positions at the hotels, restaurants, travell agencies, hospitality services.
During the practise students will come across with possibility of travelling in Germany/Great Britain and in the city of Bad Neustadt. They will also come across the possibility of travelling in London city and practical example of of the working information office and they also get some knowledge about the culture and social life in the city Bad Neustadt/and capital city London. Students will also get in touch with the working places of Gastronomy section and get some knowledge of modern trends in German and British Gastronomy, they also come across the traditional German/British cuisine and also the cuisine of regions. The last but not least is the benefit of language knowledge. All participants will use the language of the country, so they practise it every day during the staying in the country. Certificates of this scholarship (Europass mobility, ECVET, reference) will bet he means of having the chance on the Europian job market.
The sucessfull realisation of the project will deepen the Europian cooperation between the school as an institution of proffessional education and the firms and also with the subjects on the work trade. Everything will help to improve the proffessional education of the school. The realisation of the project will be also very prestigious for the school.
