Start date: Sep 1, 2016, End date: Aug 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Project „For the expertise to the EU” is focused on specialized education connected with recognizing new technologies. In our project proposal the students visit four foreign partners. The main goal of the project is the international interconnection of secondary school pupils´ activities in the field of telecommunication, computer graphics, computer network, electronics and robotics. The project is important for unifying our school with the requirements of our region in the field of introducing new information and telecommunication technologies and for training young people in developing and strengthening their personality, enhancing professionalism and for integration on the job market in our region, whole Czech Republic and countries of EU. We put emphasis on team work, project teaching, problem solving way of teaching and having space for self-development. Four different groups of students participate in individual two-week mobility stays, 36 students in total. Each partner school realizes different specialized syllabus which contains specialized fields and technologies that are not taught in our school. Within the scope of the project the ECVET rules are used for determination and assessment of the reached expertise and skills level. Each mobility includes freetime programme with a city tour, visiting regional famous sights and sport activities. The first mobility of the stated activity is realized at the Secondary School of Information Technology in Banska Bystrica. 10 students and 1 supervisor participate in the period from 25/9 to 8/10/2016. The content of the syllabus is a configuration of the base sation (BTS) of the mobile system GSM. Students get acquainted with the GSM system structure and function of its individual parts. The biggest emphasis is on BTS function in GSM system and the way of configuring it. In practical part the students get acquainted with BTS configuring (SW equipment) and then they themselves can make its configuration according the set tasks. Education excursion to the Slovak Telekom company is included. During the excursion students can see the real BTS operation on which they previously carried out the trial setting in the school laboratory. The second mobility of the stated activity is realized at the Secondary Technical School in Warsaw. 6 students and 1 supervisor participate in the period from 9/10 to 22/10/2016. The content of the syllabus is making a computer network. Students get acquainted with the function of individual components out of which they assembly the computer network. They create a computer network in a part of school. After the installation they process IP address plan. The main part of their task is configuration of the individual interconnecting devices–Cisco switches and routers. Excursion to Teltech company, which specialises in computer network construction, is included. The third mobility of the stated activity is realized at the Secondary Technical School in Cracow. 10 students and 1 supervisor participate in the period from 12/3 to 25/3/2017. The content of the syllabus is making an instructing video which will serve as a manual for assembling an audio amplifier. First the students get acquainted with video camera operation and with a programme for video processing. When working on audio amplifier, the students get acquainted with work in a simulation SW in which they then make a design of an audio amplifier and simulate its activity, further they make a design of a printed circuit. Their final job is PCB mounting components, activation and measuring of the audio amplifier. The output is an instructing video which is going to serve as a manual for assembling an audio amplifier. An educational excursion to Cracow televison company where students get acquainted with TV cameras and SW used for editing television programmes is included. The fourth mobility of the stated activity is realized at the Secondary School of Information Technology in Bratislava. 10 students and 1 supervisor participate in the period from 26/3 to 8/4/2017.
