Start date: Aug 1, 2015, End date: Apr 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project Record Erasmus + , REC+ is a training course for youth workers from 26th of August to 2nd of September 2015 in Balestrand, Norway. Four participants will come from each participating country. The 7 participating countries are: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Jordan, Slovakia, Italia and Norway. This project aims to fulfill the need of both the youth workers and the representatives of their organizations, to get the necessary skills that would help them increase the awareness of media standards and expectations. So, in this way they will be able to know and apply methods and instruments that can make possible to exit from the circle of project difficulties based on lack of information and bad-quality promotional materials. The objectives of the project are: *To increase the effectiveness of promotion of the project results in Erasmus +. *To improve representatives’ photo and video making skills as well as ability to cooperate with media and also to increase the awareness of media standards and expectations. *To develop entrepreneurial skills and identify the main characteristics and personal qualities needed nowadays to encourage creativity and entrepreneurship *To empower the participants with practical skills in good communication, group dynamics, negotiation and decision making; *To promote a better knowledge of youth networks and management structures on the European level *To inform the participants about opportunities and to develop new projects under the Erasmus + and to support establishment of new partnerships among Programme Countries *To explore how YouthPass and the Key Competences can be used as a tool for strengthening the social recognition of youth work and supporting the employability of young people and youth workers. The entire training is systematically built: it starts from attitudinal aspects (trust and self-esteem), it goes through communication skills, working in teams, creativity and it ends with specific knowledge about marketing and advertising. The proposed project follows the principles of non-formal education: it is focused on youth workers’ getting competences (knowledge, attitudes, skills). This is why most of the activities included in the program will be implemented through methods of non-formal education tools so as to stimulate creativity, active participation and participants’ initiatives. In this way the youth workers will also get a “tool box” of non formal methods experienced through participating in the non formal methods them selves. On the entire period of the project, the trainers will create a good environment in which the participants can learn and experience, an environment adequate for non-formal learning.
