"YouthInsight with Youth Inside"

The main idea of ​​the project was to gather young energetic composed of representatives of different cultures in order to produce short audiovisual works wielding social, educational, inspiring, professional, recreational and advocacy group values ​​to a creative, conscious. The videos were broadcast on the network to reach the widest possible audience with the aim of knowledge, impact on attitudes, thinking and positive change in the final recipients is generated. In addition, the team has organized offline presentations called "YouthInsight" in the local community, project site, to multiply the impact and inform the community about youth mobility program Erasmus +. These meetings "YouthInsight" completed with an audiovisual festival in which other local youth groups interested can contribute their audiovisual creations. It was expected that the project will achieve the following main objectives: to promote media literacy and skills regarding the use of communication technology in the participants and the final recipients of these materials; encourage creativity and artistic expression of the participants; impress the audience with the message of audiovisual materials giving the opportunity for participants to discuss the burning issues of today; stimulate intercultural dialogue in the multinational task and the local community; empower participants with leadership, language and skills and competencies oriented media to impact their future careers. The project has resulted in a number of tangible and intangible results and its main impact will be promoting media as a tool for positive change, causing reflection and knowledge in society, fostering intercultural dialogue and development Europe's human capital, investing in media literacy for young, active participation of youth and promote their management skills. The visibility of the project and use their results reinforce the sustainability of the project since the idea is embodied in a long-term concept under the name "Youth Intercultural Studio", which provides hosting in the future more youth initiatives of character international related to the use of media by young people. In the current project, intercultural group will consist of 4-5 European volunteers from different countries with different shipping organizations.
