Youth Unemployment - European Problem or a Problem of the National State

The candidate organization aims to organize a 7-day ??raining under the European Union "Youth in Action" program, priority 4.3. The discussions will be built around the topic of youth unemployment in the European Union. The formal topic of the event will be: "Youth Unemployment - European Problem o?A° Problem of the National State". Among the many issues touched during the discussions will be: how governments around Europe cope with the unemployment among the youth; what kind of tools do youth organizations in Europe have to cope with this problem; which countries in Europe have the lowest and highest unemployment rates and why; ways to boost the young people employability (with certified career consultants); trends in the European Union youth labour market; education level in various member states - a remedy or a cause for the problem. The training will take place next to the beautiful city of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. It is the 6th largest city in the country and has an ancient history with many historical tourist attractions (among which is the famous Roman Amphitheatre). Participants from 4 member countries join the event - Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and Turkey. The seminar is scheduled to begin on May 22nd and finish on May 30th.
