Our organization, “Aydin Youth Center Youth Group” prepeared a Project which is called “Youth Steps”. This project will take place in Aydın, Turkey in 16-23.09.2015. There will be 30 people from 6 different organisations and countries (Turkey, Romania, Croatia,Italy*2 and Lithuania). Our project’s language will be just English and we will use non formal educational methods in our project. So participants will be active on all time and learn everything by doing. Our target group is young people who are motivated to work on volunteer youth works.
Our project’s aim is to increase the number of volunteers of volunteer groups, organisations, NGOs and their capacity to coordinate and strengthen them. Our Project will increase the contribution intercultural dialogue, cultural diversity and intercultural learning of the volunteer activities. We would like to analyze current volunteer management realities in volunteer works and in daily life.
