Youth Policy and Youth Work in Transition : The Vojvodina as a multicultural challenge

Ten years after the change of the political system in Serbia the aim of this project is the sensitisation and examination with the development of youth work and youth policy in the Vojvodina, a region affected by more than 20 nationalities and various ethnic minorities and cultural diversities. The pprticipants from European programme countries and our neighbours, partner countries from SEE will meet youth organisations, persons in charge from politics and administration and other representatives of the public to discuss the interests, needs and demands of young people like scopes for development and personal responsibility, to experience the problems and chances of the current youth policy and youth work in Vojvodina and Serbia and tq find partners for potential future co-operations in the frame of the Youth in Action programme. The project will be realized in the Fruska Gora, the centre of the Vojvodina in September 2010.
