MJC Le Rond-Point is a non-formal education association, which promote access to culture for all. The Roundabout symbolizes the crossroads where artistic expression, music, Wellness, dances and sports as well as an axis and intercultural initiative. The association also has a large digital component with computer initiations, digital creations, the media education and Web Radio.Support young people in their project approach, especially those with fewer opportunities, and promote intergenerational ties are values dear to our association.Our support to youth initiatives recently is also characterized by the development of international mobility axis. This orientation allows today to all 17 to 30 years of our area to discover the different mobility devices that exist, to appropriate them, live them, share ...- We positioned next to the other educational youth actors to accompany the young in his career, to bring him some keys, cards he can use as an added value in his personal construction. This should contribute to their welfare and promote their "social inclusion"- It is also in a situation of Home "as our opportunity to share our culture and especially the wealth, the strengths and drawbacks of our environment.- At our level we want to develop the following areas:- Mobility and youth engagement.- Promoting accessibility to the practice of our operations.- Strengthen intercultural and religious links, intergenerational and those in the area of youth.- Developing the use of information and communications technology (ICT).- Improve skills and key skills of young people.Achieving these objectives should overall contribute to:- Social Inclusion- Intercultural dialogue- The development of an ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP.After several interviews and a second for candidates who had caught our attention, and we have choose Théresa and Tuana and who have more common and general activities:- Discovery of the potential of the structure and our environment as a whole.- Support and assist stakeholders in the management of their business.- Participation in the organization of all events of the structure.- To be the "ambassadors" of mobility, volunteering with local youth but also the various institutions and stakeholders youth.- Participate in local civic expression through the use of web radio tool- Then, based on their profile, Theresa and Tuana have specific activities in line with their sensitivity:To carry out this project we distinguish three phases:1) Discovery, immersion and adaptation.2) Involvement in the heart of the association and the local environment.3) Changes to the design and development of the personal project volunteers.Mentoring and partnership are two key aspects to foster "the involvement of young people in their social and cultural projects"We expect this project it can allow young volunteers to gain experience mainly by improving his personal journey, its construction, its ability to invest in future life (personal, associative, professional, democratic ...) .We also make reference to the human aspect: solidarity, discovery, openness, sharing, adaptability, intercultural dialogue ...For participants, we wish actively acquiring new skills: artistically and sense of creativity in the use of information and communication technologies, the linguistic and cultural level course level generally.We will also be sensitive to the fact that they can develop their initiative and autonomy: carry out their project and commit ...A short, medium and long term we expect this experience many influences on young , our association and all policies has local, regional, national and European .It is with this perspective that we want to strengthen the commitment of the young, his active citizenship, its portfolio of skills and knowledge, social inclusion in a European dimension and employability.The project also impulse in terms of "mesh" territorial dynamics territory and opening thanks to inter multiple actions with our many partners. Resonance also at the departmental level, regional, national, European and international.
