Youth Got Talent
Start date: Aug 1, 2015, End date: Jan 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Around us, we are seeing more and more young people who, for various reasons, find it difficult to envisage the future which suits them (personally, professionally, relationally) From the 9th to 21st of November, the project « Youth Got Talent » will gather twenty-two participants from four different countries. During this youth exchange the participants will explore this following question: "How to envision a “life project/path” allowing to take advantage of its capabilities acquired by different ways (school, training, associations, sports clubs, hobbies, ...) Through the use of non-formal education and artistic methods, participants will initiate a collective and personal reflexion to tackle this key question. Meetings, various workshops and moments of sharing will enable youngsters to compare experiences, academic or professional careers, develop self-confidence, to think about ways of learning, and the difficulties of youth vocational guidance. The aim of Youth Got Talent is to develop the self-confidence and the self-esteem by valuing the skills of the young people. The project will lead to the production of a creative educational kit which will include a short animated film made during this youth exchange, some testimonies of participants and an awareness tool. Through this “production”. Tanks to the results of this project, we hope to raise the awareness of a larger public to the problematic tackled during "Youth Got Talent" youth exchange.
