What: A training course between youth workers about Youth, Innovation, Employment and RuralityWho: France, Finland, Italy, Estonia, Denmark, Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey.Where: Reunion Island, Créolile auberge, Petite-IleWhen: 8 days, begin the 14th of September to the 21st of SeptemberWhy: To find solutions and have a reflection about the different problems concerning youth unemployment, exchange of different perceptions on the role of youth work and discover different ways of the partners to promote youth rural employment, relative of the difficulties of the isolation and the distance with the decisionmakers . There will also be a possibility of developing future common projects.How: The Youth for Rural employment project is a training course. The activities will be run by two local trainers cooperating with many organisations working with unemployed youngs and two international trainers from Finland.Knowing the difficulties of the young people in rural areas; in Réunion Island and Europe, to find employment, this training course is a bottom up approach to help the development of this subject.The project will have 7 partner organisations, 24 participants in all. We will give priority to organisations that work in rural realities, youth unemployment and/or EVS in the youth field.
