Youth & Fit Synergy

Project from the key action 1 of the "Erasmus +" Programme, under the title: "Youth & Fit Synergy" is a trilateral youth exchange between the three partner cities: Opole (Poland), Potsdam (Germany) and Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine). The topic of the project are the physical activity and healthy lifestyle. During the 8 active days participants will work together on the promotion of healthy lifestyle among Youth. They will take part in the debate on sport, prepare programs for the prevention of abuses, exchange their culture and will have the opportunity to spend active time together. All activities during the exchange will be prepared with using non-formal education methods. Results of the project will be publication about the prevention of young people addiction and the promotion of health among Youth. The exchange will take place in Opole, on 16-24 January 2015 year.
