The aim of the cluster is to promote initiatives in the field of social inclusion, which allow for a higher employability of young people. The cluster aims at valorizing initiatives which aim at modernizing labour markets by facilitating labour mobility for all and at encouraging the development of skills throughout lifetime.This cluster will be an excellent opportunity to combine the results of these different projects by proposing cross-border mobility and innovative learning material to help young people acquire non-formal learning skills. Cross-border mobility will be defined here as the movement of people from one country to another for internships, jobs or volunteering purposes.
